Dr. Jacob K. Ipe is Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedics at Sapthagiri Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Bangalore. An accomplished consultant orthopaedic surgeon, he completed his DOrtho from Father Muller Medical College, Mangalore, and DNB from Bangalore Baptist Hospital. He is a passionate artist who contributed diagrams to this book and has authored an orthopaedic postgraduate guide.
