G Purushothaman
G. Purushothaman, MSc, MPhil, PhD is currently a Reader at Vivekanandha Dental College for Women and Vivekanandha College of Allied Health Sciences, Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu. He obtained his MSc in Biophysics from the Centre of Advanced Study in Crystallography and Biophysics, University of Madras, Chennai, and his PhD in Medical Physics from MAHER University, Chennai. He has previously taught at Meenakshi Medical College, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu.
His areas of work include radiation physics, radiation stress, ECG studies, small-molecule structure determination and docking studies, and haematological experiments in physiology. He has over 15 years of teaching experience in radiation physics, instrumentation, and medical physiology for medical, dental, nursing, and allied health science students. He has published numerous research papers and serves as an examiner for undergraduate students of Dr. MGR Medical University.
