Deepak Narayan
Deepak Narayan holds an ME in Civil Engineering (Gold Medalist) from Jodhpur University and an MPhil from the Indian Institute of Public Administration, New Delhi. He is a former Engineer-in-Chief, PWD, Delhi; former President of the Indian Buildings Congress (IBC); and former Vice-President of the Indian Roads Congress. As Convenor of technical committees in the IBC, he has authored books on waterproofing of structures, quality control in buildings, and safety in construction.
