Dr. B. K. Bhaskara Rao
Dr. B. K. Bhaskara Rao is currently serving as Visiting Professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at MVGR College of Engineering. Earlier, he served briefly as Professor and Head of the same department.
After graduating from Andhra University, he worked for about two years at the Defence Research Laboratories, Kanpur. He later joined the Department of Chemical Engineering at IIT Kharagpur, where he earned his PhD. During his distinguished 35-year tenure as a faculty member at IIT Kharagpur, he was in charge of the Petroleum Engineering specialization offered at the postgraduate level. Under his guidance, four doctoral degrees were awarded in this field.
Dr. Rao has participated in numerous national and international conferences and has published around 50 research papers in reputed journals. In addition to providing consultancy services to various industries, he has served as an examiner and curriculum advisor for several academic institutions....
