Arun Kumar Gupta
Arun Kumar Gupta, MPharm, PhD, is Professor and Principal at Chameli Devi Institute of Pharmacy, Indore. He completed his postdoctoral research at AstraZeneca India Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, in collaboration with the University of Leeds, London. A renowned academician, he has made significant contributions to pharmaceutical sciences and research.
He has more than 130 research and review articles published in leading national and international journals, along with three books and three patents to his credit. He has guided over 50 postgraduate students and 10 PhD scholars. His current research focuses on molecular modelling, drug discovery and design, with emphasis on computational chemistry and bioinformatics. He is the recipient of several awards, including the Pharma Recognition Award, AstraZeneca Recognition Award, APP Young Achiever Award, and IDMA Research Award.
