Anitha Nileshwar
Prof. Anitha Nileshwar, MBBS, MD, FRCA
Prof. Nileshwar is Professor and former Head of the Department of Anaesthesiology at Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal, and Consultant Anaesthesiologist at KMC Hospital, MAHE, Manipal. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Anaesthetists, London, and trained in cardiothoracic anaesthesiology. A well-recognized teacher, she is popular among postgraduate students and active in state and national teaching programs.
Dr. Nileshwar has meticulously edited the entire text of this Manual and is co-author of other widely used CBS books, including Manipal Manual of Surgery (Vols. 1 & 2, 6th edition) and Manipal Manual of Clinical Methods in Surgery.
