Mass transfer is one of the most important phenomena in the physical sciences, commonly studied and researched in a range of fields. This book seeks to showcase some of the most exciting recent developments in the study and applications of mass transfer. In the first part, new work in the study of mass transfer in sustainable energy and environmental modelling is presented.
