Dr. Arti Gupta is Assistant Professor, Department of Community Medicine, Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Medical Sciences and Research Institute, Srinagar, Uttarakhand. She completed her MBBS from Pt. JNM Medical College, Raipur, and MD (Community Medicine) from AIIMS, New Delhi. She also holds DNB qualification and postgraduate diplomas in Clinical Research and Healthcare Management from Symbiosis Centre for Health Care, Pune.
She previously served as Senior Resident at AIIMS, Bhopal. She has earned certifications in Epidemics (Pennsylvania State University), Health in Numbers (Harvard University), and Vaccine Trials (Johns Hopkins University).
A recipient of 12 gold medals and 8 certificates of merit, she has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications and presented her work at national and international forums. She is a member of several professional bodies, including the Indian Public Health Association and World NCD Federation.

Dr. Sidharth Sekhar Mishra is faculty at Delhi Academy of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. He completed his MBBS from MKCG Medical College, Odisha, and MD (Community Medicine) from AIIMS, New Delhi. He is a former Senior Resident at PGIMER, Chandigarh.
He has completed advanced public health coursework from institutions including Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, Harvard University, University of Pennsylvania, University of Minnesota, University of Pittsburgh, and Stanford University School of Medicine. He has several indexed publications and has been recognized by the Association for Prevention and Control of Rabies in India for his work in rabies prevention.
