Sharat Gupta MBBS, MD
Dr. Sharat Gupta is an Associate Professor in the Department of Physiology at Kalpana Chawla Government Medical College, Karnal. He completed his MBBS from Government Medical College, Amritsar, in 2004, and his MD from Government Medical College, Patiala, in 2009. Dr. Gupta was awarded the prestigious "Lung India 2011 Award" by the Indian Chest Society for his research on spirometry in traffic policemen. He has authored 14 research articles in PubMed-indexed journals and has over a decade of teaching experience. He serves on the Editorial Advisory Board for Physiology at Thieme Medical and Scientific Publishers and as a peer reviewer for several national and international journals. Dr. Gupta also oversees the neurophysiology laboratory at the institute, with research interests in evoked potentials, respiratory physiology, and endocrinology.
