Ruchika Sharma PhD is currently Research Associate. Centre for Precision Medicine and Pharmacy, Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU). Govt of NCT of Delhi. New Delhi.She has served as Assistant Professor, Department of Biotechnology, ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga, Punjab; and Research Associate, CSIR-IHBT. Palampur, Himachal Pradesh. She obtained her MSc in biotechnology and PhD in molecular biology and biotechnology from Dr Yashwant Singh Parmar University of Horticulture and Forestry, Nauni, Solan. She is a life member of the Association of Biotechnologists of Himachal Pradesh. She has been working in the fields of plant biotechnology, biochemistry, microbiology, molecular biology and enzymology. She has to her credit more than 50 research and review papers published in international journals of repute, and contributed 12 book chapters .She has expertise in molecular biology techniques like NGS, RT-PCR and gel electrophoresis.
