N Gowri
N. Gowri, MSc (N) is currently working as the Head of the Department and Professor in the Department of Community Health Nursing at Our Lady of Health School and College of Nursing, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu. She completed her undergraduate nursing education at Adhiparasakthi College of Nursing, Melmaruvathur, Tamil Nadu, where she received the Best Outgoing Student Award. She obtained her Master of Science in Nursing (Community Health Nursing) from Rani Meyyammai College of Nursing, Annamalai University, and was awarded the Gold Medal in 2007.
She has over 15 years of teaching experience. Her rich and diverse professional experience as a Tutor, Lecturer, Reader, and Professor has contributed significantly to the preparation of this manual in a student-friendly manner. She has published several research articles in reputed national and international journals and holds membership in TNAI.
