Roop K. Khar, PD, DBM Dr. Roop K. Khar is a recipient of the 1985 Anangute Institute of Pharmacy award, Faridabad (NCR), and is a former Dean and Head of the Department of Pharmacy, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. He is the Founder and Executive Director of Pharmakon Concept Ltd., which provides consultancy services to pharmaceutical industries and academic institutions. He has contributed more than 255 scientific publications with a cumulative impact factor of approximately 370 and over 2,430 citations. He is the author/editor of 11 textbooks and reference books and has supervised 53 research scholars for PhD. He holds Indian and US patents in the area of dosage form development and has been a poster and invited speaker at various national and international conferences.

Farhan J Ahmad Pharm PhD is Associate Professor, Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi. He has a rich experience in industrial research through his fruitful association with Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd, for six long years. He is working in the area of nanomedicine for the last ten years and two of his nanoproducts are in clinical stage. He has supervised more than 25 scholars for PhD and contributed to more than 200 publications, including 25 patents and several textbooks. He is currently President, Indian Pharmaceutical Association-Delhi Branch.

Prof. S. P. Vyas has over 17 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has also served as Manager (R&D) at Lupin Laboratories, Aurangabad. He completed his postdoctoral research at the School of Pharmacy, University of London, under Prof. G. Gregoriadis. He has guided 12 Ph.D. and 40 M.Pharm. scholars and has published around 115 research papers in national and international journals. He is a recipient of the Pt. Lajja Shankar Jha Award for Excellence in Research from the Government of Madhya Pradesh. A scientist of international repute, Prof. Vyas has delivered invited lectures and chaired sessions at several national and international conferences. He has served as Principal Investigator for major projects funded by MHRD and UGC, authored review articles and book chapters, and serves on editorial boards of reputed journals. His research interests include novel drug delivery systems, process development, and drug targeting.
