Dr. Om Prakash Dahama is an accomplished academic and researcher with a rich background in agricultural extension education and rural sociology. He completed his MSc (Ag), MA (Econ), and MA (Soc) from Agra University, followed by advanced training at Hebrew University, Israel, on a UNESCO fellowship in 1956. In 1961, he earned his EdD from Cornell University, USA.
Dr. Dahama served as the Professor and Head of Extension Education and Rural Sociology at Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur, and later as the Dean of the College of Agriculture. He was also Vice President of the Indian Society of Extension Education and has published several research papers. His contributions to agricultural education have left a lasting impact on rural development and extension education in India.

Dr. Om Prakash Bhatnagar is a renowned agricultural scientist with extensive experience in rural development and agricultural extension. He obtained his BSc (Ag) in 1957, MSc (Ag) in 1964, and PhD from IARI in 1971. His professional journey includes key roles such as Agricultural Assistant, Farm Superintendent, and Assistant Professor, and he has worked as a consultant for the Planning Commission (SITE-1975) and Senior Scientist on various international projects under UNDP, FAO, UNESCO, and ICAR from 1975-1984.
Currently serving as the Director of Extension and Transfer of Technology at the National Institute of Rural Development (GOI), Hyderabad, Dr. Bhatnagar is an active member of several professional societies and has traveled extensively, including visits to the USA, UK, France, Italy, and the Netherlands. He has authored numerous research papers and contributed significantly to advancing agricultural technology transfer and rural development.
