Dr. Bachi T. Hathirom is Professor and Head, Department of ENT and Head & Neck Surgery, Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai, a premier tertiary care center under the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. With nearly 30 years of experience, she has guided numerous postgraduate students and contributed extensively to academics and clinical research.
She has authored two textbooks and several peer-reviewed national and international publications. She serves as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the indexed journal Otorhinolaryngology Clinics and is on the editorial boards of multiple journals. She has held key positions in professional bodies, including Director–India, Pan Asia Academy of Facial Plastic Reconstructive Surgery; Review Board Member, Union for International Cancer Control; and President, AOI Mumbai Branch.
A FAIMER (Philadelphia, USA) Fellow and recipient of a prestigious UK fellowship, she has been invited faculty at major international forums such as BACO (ENT-UK), CEORL-HNS, IRS, ISIAN, IFOS, PARS, and the International Conference on Difficult Airway (Turkey). Her special interests include cochlear implants and otology, endoscopic skull base surgery, head and neck oncology, voice and airway surgery, allergy, and vertigo.
Vicky S. Khattar
Dr. Vicky S. Khattar is Assistant Professor, Department of ENT and Head & Neck Surgery, Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai. He has authored several peer-reviewed national and international publications and is Co-Editor-in-Chief of Otorhinolaryngology Clinics. He is also co-author of Atlas of Operative Otorhinolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery (2012).
He serves on the Review Board of the Union for International Cancer Control and is a life member of several academic bodies. A recipient of a prestigious UK fellowship, he has been invited faculty at major international ENT conferences including BACO (ENT-UK), CEORL-HNS, IRS, ISIAN, IFOS, and PARS.
His areas of interest include voice and airway surgery, endoscopic skull base surgery, head and neck oncology, vertigo, cochlear implants, and otology, with active involvement in clinical research and medical education.
