Mohini Sethi
Mohini Sethi, PhD
Dr. Mohini Sethi holds a PhD from the University of Delhi and a degree in Food Management from London. She is former Reader, Department of Food and Nutrition, Institute of Home Economics, University of Delhi, and has over 33 years of teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels across various Indian universities. She has guided research at master’s and doctoral levels and presented papers at national and international forums, chairing several sessions.
She has seven publications to her credit and has contributed chapters to numerous books. She has served as a subject expert for UPSC, RPSC, UGC, NCERT, IGNOU, and NIOS. Dr. Sethi has also worked as a consultant to various organizations and is actively involved in voluntary teaching and community counseling. She is a life member of several professional bodies, including the Nutrition Society of India and AFST(I).
