Dr. Jagdish Vishnu Tupkari is a former Joint Director (Dental) at the Department of Medical Education and Research, Mumbai, and ex-Dean, Professor, and Head of the Department of Oral Pathology and Microbiology at Government Dental College and Hospital, Mumbai. A dedicated teacher with a passion for education, he has been honored with the Best Teacher Award by the Government of Maharashtra and the Lifetime Achievement Award by IAOMP for his contributions to the field of oral pathology.
