Shama Lohumi PhD (Psychology), MSc (Nursing), MA (English), is currently working as a Principal of Shivalik Institute of Nursing, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. She has been teaching and training nurses for the past three decades. She holds postgraduate degrees in Nursing and English and a doctorate in Psychology. She is a well-known authority on English grammar and already authored three textbooks, two on English and one on Sociology, for the students of BSc Nursing. She has also contributed to several books and periodicals, including some renowned international journals. She has been writing textbooks for the past 15 years and this is her fourth book. Rakesh Lohumi MPhil, is a senior journalist with four decades of journalistic career.
