BS Nagoba MSc, PhD (Medical Microbiology) is Professor, Department of Microbiology, and Assistant Dean (Research & Development), Maharashtra Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (MIMSR) Medical College, Latur, Maharashtra. He has authored/edited 17 books, published 61 papers in prestigious international journals and 90 papers in national journals. He is the member of editorial boards of 9 International and 7 national journals, and reviewer for 52 international and 10 national journals. He is an eminent academician and delivered lectures at many national and international conferences. He was President (1999 2000) of Maharashtra Chapter of Indian Association of Medical Microbiologists. He has been awarded several international, national and state level awards for his academic and research achievements, and adjudged the `best teacher` by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. He is recipient of JWC Innovation Award (U K) for his work on wound infections. Megha Rastogi MD (Microbiology) has completed her postgraduation in microbiology from MIMSR Medical College, Latur, Maharashtra.
