Amrita Parle is currently Head, Department of Pharmacy, Meerabai Polytechnic (Government of Delhi), New Delhi. She obtained her MPharm degree from Bombay University in 1986. She has 23 years` experience of teaching and administration at degree and diploma levels in various institutes of pharmacy and, in addition, also has experience in pharmaceutical industry. Ms Parle is recipient of IDMA Gold Medal and has worked as JRF under UGC. She has presented research papers, delivered talks at conferences and participated in quality improvement programs. She has also published research papers in reputed Indian journals.
