She has taught all pharmaceutical technology subjects for the last 37 years and is a specialist in cosmetics and herbal cosmetic technology and formulations. She is the Founder President of Indian Cosmetic Technologists Association, and member of many professional bodies, national and international. She is a veteran teacher, researcher, administrator, and CEO of a herbal cosmetics industry with rich industrial experience in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and neutraceuticals. She is a visiting professor at many universities and a consultant/adviser for industries and institutes.
