NK Jain MPharm, PhD, LLM, FIC is an internationally renowned academician and researcher who superannuated in June 2014 after rendering more than 40 years of dedicated and distinguished service as a teacher and 25 years as professor. Starting his academic career in 1973, he worked as Lecturer in Pharmacy, Holkar College, Indore; Reader in Pharmaceutical Technology, MS University, Baroda: Professor and Principal, College of Pharmacy, Nasik: Professor and Head, Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Dr HS Gour University, Sagar: Principal, College of Pharmacy, New Delhi; Visiting Professor, Dubai Pharmacy College, Dubai (UAE); and Head, Department of the Pharmacy, Delhi University. Subsequent to his superannuation, he served as Director, ISF College of Pharmacy, Moga, Punjab, as Emeritus Fellow (UGC) at Rajiv Gandhi Technological University, Bhopal, MP. Prof Jain is the author of 24 celebrated books in pharmaceutical sciences including a series on Controlled and Novel Drug Delivery Systems and has contributed over 50 chapters in national and international books. He has to his credit over 480 publications in reputed pharmaceutical journals, and has supervised 54 PhD and 142 MPharm candidates. He has been a reviewer for several international and national research journals. He has been the recipient of several academic and research awards. He has extensively travelled in India and abroad and delivered lectures. Shelly Khurana MPharm, PhD completed her BPharm and MPharm from Dr HS Gour Central University, Sagar, and PhD in pharmaceutical sciences from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar, Punjab. She has more than 25 years of teaching experience in the field of pharmacy and is presently working in Government Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Government Polytechnic College), Amritsar. She has contributed a number of book chapters and has to her credit research articles published in peer-reviewed national and International journals. She has been on the panel of reviewers of many reputed national as well as international journals. Puneet Khurana MBBS,MD (Forensic Medicine), MIMA FAM, FRCP is currently Professor, Department of Forensic Medicine and Toxicology, Punjab Institute of Medical Sciences, Jalandhar. He did his graduation from Gauhati Medical College, Guwahati, and postgraduation from Government Medical College, Amritsar. He began his career as Assistant Professor at Christian Medical College, Ludhiana. He enjoys a wide ranging experience of more than 16 years. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
