Sarita Singh MBBS, MD (Anesthesiology), PDCC, CCEPC, CCPPM, NEPM, is presently working as a Professor (Pain and Palliative Medicine) and unit in-charge and Nodal Officer NDPS (Morphine) Committee at KGMU, Lucknow. She has done her MBBS and MD (Anesthesiology) from King George`s Medical University, Lucknow and PDCC (Pain Management) from IMS BHU, Varanasi (UP), India. Besides, she has done Certificate Course in Pain and Palliative Medicine (CCPPM) from Pallium India, Thiruvananathapuram and NFPM from IPM. She developed interest in pain and palliative care when her father died due to cancer and had severe problems of pain at the last stage of life so she has strong feelings for the cancer patients and deep interest in pain and palliative care. Manish Kumar Singh MBBS, MD (Anesthesiology), PDCC, is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology at King George`s Medical University, Lucknow. He has a vast experience of teaching in the medical field.
