Om Prakash Dahama obtained his MSc (Ag), MA (Econ) and MA (Soc) from Agra University. In 1956, he went to Hebrew University, Israel on a UNESCO fellowship for advanced training. In 1961, he completed EdD from Cornell University, USA. He served as Professor and Head of Extension Education and Rural Sociology as well as Dean, College of Agriculture, Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya, Jabalpur. He served as a Vice President of the Indian Society of Extension Education and published several of his research a papers. Om Prakash Bhatnagar obtained his BSc (Ag), 1957, MSc (Ag), 1964 and PhD (IARI) 1971. His assignments include: Agricultural Assistant, Farm Superintendent, Assistant Professor, consultant Planning Commission (SITE-1975), Senior Scientist (UNDP/FAO/UNESCO/ICAR Projects-1975-84). Dr. Bhatnagar is presently serving as Director, Extension and Transfer of Technology, National Institute of Rural Development (GOI), Hyderabad. He is a member of several professional societies and is a widely travelled scientist. He has visited USA, UK, France, Italy and the Netherlands. He is an author of repute and has contributed several research papers in leading journals.
