She is chairperson, Gynaecologic Oncology Committee, FOGSI (2021-20240); master trainer for MP Government for cancer prevention NCD project, and IFCPC/IARC/FOGSI Colposcopy Course Convenor. She has trained more than 1000 gynecologists in colposcopy. She is author of Atlas in Colposcopy and Cytology, a CBS publication. She is convenor of FOGSI GCPR for Prevention and Management of Cervical Cancer 2023, and an executive member of AOFOG Cancer Elimination Program 2023-24. She is ex-Head, Department of Preventive Oncology, CR Wadia Hospital, Thane Municipal Corporation, and a member of the core team invited by President of Malawi (East Africa) for MMR Reduction Project,Malawi 2015. Her other achievements include national award Zee Hindustan Swasthya Award for exemplary work in preventive oncology pan India by Union Minister Mr J P Nadda; Economic Times Inspiring Doctors Award; and Asia Pacific Medical Excellence Award from International Institute of Education and Management.
