Sushrutha Academy has been founded and developed by a team of passionate doctors and entrepreneurs to bring out a series of high-quality study companions for the MBBS students as per the latest MCI syllabus.
This is being the first venture among them. The Academy is also involved in preparing and delivering the content for upcoming NEXT. It encourages young doctors who have outstanding teaching and writing skills to collaborate in this unique project.
Vijetha Shenoy Belle MD (Biochemistry) is currently Associate Professor, Department of Biochemistry, Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). She has been in-charge, Clinical Biochemistry Laboratory, Kasturba Hospital Laboratory Services, since 2019, and is also a member of the institutional ethics committee and KMC PhD cell. She has six years of teaching experience and completed her basic course in medical education. She has to her credit more than 25 papers published in peer-reviewed journals. Shilpashree YD MD (Blochemistry) is currently Associate Professor, Department of Biochemistry, and a faculty of Medical Education Unit, Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Adichunchanagiri University, Karnataka. She is a gold medalist from JSS Medical College, JSS Academy of Higher Education, Mysuru, Karnataka, for securing highest marks in MD (Biochemistry). She has more than 7 years of teaching experience and also completed her advanced course in medical education. She has to her credit more than 20 papers published in peer-reviewed journals.
