He was Chairman lndian lnstitute of Architects (NC) 1994-96 and 1998—2000; Professional AdvisorArchitect of year award l996 Organising Chairman South Asian Association of Architects SAARCH 96; Organising Chairman Northern Central Regional Conference 99.He is visiting professor in the School of Planning and Architecture New Delhi and Fellow of the lndian lnstitute of Architects and lnstitute of valuers. He is also the recipient of The National Unity Award 1993 and Udyog Gaurav Award 1994 for excellence in the profession of architecture and certificate of merit awarded by The lndian lnstitute of Architects.
