  About Author :

Ajay Kumar Saxena is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Physics, APS University, Rewa (MP). After completing his MSc (physics) from Delhi University and M.Tech (energy studies) from IIT Delhi in 1984, Dr Saxena received PhD in 1993 from Banaras Hindu University. He has been teaching postgraduate students for the last eleven years. His areas of research have been materials science, high Tc superconductivity and space science. He has authored three books: Principles of Modern Physics, Solid State Physics and Textbook of Quantum Mechanics (CBS). He is a life member of Indian Physics Association.
